Isinwheel's Return Policy is as follows:

For non-defective products/no-longer needed products, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. An up to 10% restocking fee will be applied for all unopened merchandise upon successful return. Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Up to 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return.

All the iSinwheel products can be delivered to US-Continent (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option. Orders placed on Monday to Friday, the item will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend, the item will be shipped out on Monday. Customer can only request an order cancellation if Isinwheel is unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
